In memory of Craig Washington, his wife Toni Washington and her best friend La Verne Burrus-Johnson created this charity flash mob to raise awareness about heart disease prevention, raise awareness about handling grief with healthy coping mechanisms, and to get people up and moving as one way to prevent heart disease.
